APPLICATION
Hytrol 199-CRR ConveyorThe Model 199-CRR live roller conveyor is ideally suited for applications where belt driven live roller conveyors would not be suitable due to the environmental conditions. Examples include manufacturing processes where parts may be oily preventing belts from driving the rollers. The rollers in the 199-CRR are positively driven with chains roll-to-roll and therefore the drive is not affected by oily conditions.

The rollers are driven with chains and sprockets located on the end of the rollers. This leaves the conveying surface area beneath the rollers open, allowing particles from machining operations to fall through the conveyor without being harmful to the conveyor operation. This feature also makes the 199-CRR design ideal for handling returned automotive and equipment parts where dirt, sand, and/or oil are present.

Hytrol 199-CRR Conveyor The rollers are constructed of heavy wall tubing that are robust for handling metal items and are located on 6 inch centers or 4 inch centers for smaller items.

Side mounted drive available for low elevation.
